The three-phase separator, collectively referred to as a separation machine, uses the principle of centrifugal settling to continuously separate the solid liquid (water) - liquid (oil) phases in a suspension. The working principle is that after the working speed of the centrifuge reaches the rated speed, the suspension (material to be separated) passes through a high-level tank or feed pump with a stirrer, and the flow rate is controlled by a flow control valve. The material enters the spiral feeder through the feed channel of the centrifuge, accelerates by the accelerator, and enters the drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid phase is thrown towards the inner wall of the drum. The blades of the spiral feeder use a certain speed difference to push the solid sediment towards the small end of the drum, and after passing through the drying zone, it is discharged from the slag discharge outlet. The liquid phase forms concentric layers of different depths inside the drum, flows towards the large end of the drum, adjusts the depth of each liquid pool through the overflow plate, and finally discharges from their respective discharge ports.
