      Oilfield oil sludge centrifugal separation equipmentIt is mainly composed of a high-speed drum, a screw and differential that rotate in the same direction as the drum and have a slightly higher or lower speed than the drum. When the suspension to be separated enters the centrifuge drum, the high-speed rotating drum generates strong centrifugal force, which causes solid particles with high liquid phase density to settle on the inner wall of the drum. Due to the difference in speed between the spiral and the drum, there is relative motion (i.e. speed difference). The relative motion between the spiral and the drum is used to push the solid phase deposited on the inner wall of the drum towards the outlet at the small end of the drum, and the separated clear night is discharged from the other end of the centrifuge. The function of the differential (gearbox) is to create a certain speed difference between the drum and the screw.

      High speed centrifugal settling is the process of adding a mixture of solids and liquids into a cylindrical (or conical) rotor. Due to the centrifugal force, the solids settle in the liquid, and the settled material is further compressed by the centrifugal force, squeezing out the moisture to achieve the separation of solids and liquids. There is a difference between centrifugal settling and Zhong Lixia's settling: in gravity settling, the acceleration of material settling is equal to the acceleration of gravity and is a constant value; In centrifugal settling, the centrifugal force depends on the radius of rotation of the particles. Therefore, when the angular velocity is equal, particles moving at different radii of rotation experience different centrifugal forces.

Under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the host, solid particles with a high density deposit on the inner wall of the drum. The spiral blades that move relative to the drum continuously scrape off the solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum and push them out of the slag discharge outlet. The separated clear liquid flows out of the drum through the opening of the weir plate. The relative motion between the spiral and the drum is achieved by a differential. The differential housing is connected to the drum, the output shaft is connected to the screw, and the input shaft is connected to the auxiliary motor. The main motor drives the rotation of the drum and also drives the rotation of the differential housing. Due to the connection between the input shaft and the auxiliary motor, the auxiliary motor generates braking torque, which drives the planetary gears to operate according to the designed transmission relationship and transmits the torque to the screw in a certain proportion, achieving continuous separation of materials in the horizontal spiral settling centrifuge.
