Generally referred to as: oil-water residue separator, the design of three-phase separation of kitchen waste oil residue and water is mainly used for material solid-liquid three-phase separation. It is a model developed based on more than ten years of practical experience in the separation field in our factory, ensuring uninterrupted and stable operation 24 hours a day. It mainly consists of a drive device, differential, screw, drum, hood, machine base, and control system.
It is necessary to ensure that the solid and liquid are immiscible, and that the two liquids have different densities, with the solid density being greater than the liquid density. The difference compared to a two-phase centrifuge is that it can separate two-phase liquids.
The dedicated three-phase separator for kitchen waste is developed by our company based on years of application and advanced international technology. It is suitable for the separation of liquid-liquid solid materials and has the advantages of simple structure and easy operation. It can easily complete the separation of three phases and has a wide range of applications and strong adaptability.
Working principle of dedicated three-phase separator for kitchen waste
The structure of the three-phase separator for kitchen waste is mainly composed of differential, screw, drum, cover, machine base, lubrication system, motor and other parts. Its working principle is that the suspension enters the drum through the feed pipe and spiral discharge port. Under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, solid particles with higher specific gravity deposit on the inner wall of the drum. The spiral blades that move relative to the drum continuously scrape off the solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum and push them out of the slag discharge outlet. Liquid phases with different specific gravities form two liquid rings inside the drum and flow out through two different outlets on the large end cap.
The relative motion between the spiral and the drum is completed by the differential, with the differential housing connected to the drum and the output shaft connected to the spiral. The main motor drives the rotation of the drum, while the auxiliary motor drives the rotation of the differential input shaft. Its output shaft transmits torque to the screw at a certain speed ratio, completing the continuous separation process of materials by the centrifuge.

5. The drum assembly is protected by a detachable support frame during transportation to prevent damage to the bearings.
