　　The slag removal centrifugal separator can automatically and continuously feed, wash, dehydrate, and discharge the suspension at full speed. It is an efficient separation equipment in solid-liquid separation, which separates solid particles in the form of linear or crystalline particles with a diameter ranging from 0.05-5mm (0.2-2mm is particularly effective) in the solid phase of 10% -80% suspension. Principle: The horizontal spiral discharge centrifuge is mainly composed of a high-speed drum, a screw and differential that rotate in the same direction as the drum and have a slightly higher or lower speed than the drum. When the suspension to be separated enters the centrifuge drum, the high-speed rotating drum generates strong centrifugal force to settle solid particles with higher density than the liquid phase onto the inner wall of the drum. Due to the different rotational speeds of the spiral and the drum, there is a relative motion (i.e. speed difference) between the two. The relative motion between the spiral and the drum is used to push the solid phase deposited on the inner wall of the drum towards the outlet at the small end of the drum, and the separated clear liquid is discharged from the other end of the centrifuge.
