　　It utilizes the difference in specific gravity between light phase liquid, heavy phase liquid, and solid phase. Under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation of the centrifuge, the solid phase settles onto the inner wall of the drum, forming a solid ring layer,

　　And two liquid phases with different densities form concentric cylinders, with the lighter liquid phase in the inner layer and the heavier liquid phase in the outer layer. The thickness of different liquid ring layers can be adjusted through a uniquely designed adjustable overflow plate.

　　The solid phase deposited on the drum wall is transported by a screw conveyor to the small end of the drum, and subjected to bi-directional compression at the cone end of the drum to further increase the solid content of the sediment. Finally, it is discharged from the outside of the machine at the slag outlet at the small end of the drum.
