Coal tar centrifugal dehydration and slag removal equipment Coal tar oil-water slag three-phase separator Coal tar dehydration equipment
Coal tar centrifugal dewatering and deslagging equipment refers to a specialized device used for coal tar dewatering and deslagging. In the process of coal coking, high-temperature raw gas is cooled by circulation at the bridge pipe, and high-pressure injection method is used for smokeless coal loading. Therefore, tar contains a large amount of solid matter.
Project Overview:
There are three states of water in coal tar:
(1) Mechanical carryover of water: refers to the water vapor condensed during the condensation process, which is relatively easy to remove;
(2) Emulsified water: Due to the presence of natural interfacial active substances such as asphaltene, gum, quinoline polar substances, coal powder, free carbon, etc. as emulsifiers in tar, under the action of high temperature and high-speed agitation, tar and water in oil (W/O) emulsion are emulsified, which needs to be heated to remove;
(3) Chemical water: refers to the water that exists in the form of molecules that chemically bind with phenols and pyridinium salts.
The high moisture content in tar has many adverse effects on its distillation operation. The main ones are:
(1) In the intermittent tar distillation kettle, the tar contains more water, which will prolong the dehydration time and reduce the production capacity of the equipment, increasing heat consumption. Especially when water can form a stable emulsion in tar, it forms small droplets of emulsion when heated. At first, it cannot evaporate immediately and overheats. As the temperature continues to rise, the droplets evaporate rapidly, causing sudden boiling and resulting in oil flushing accidents. In order to prevent such accidents from occurring, slow heating is necessary during dehydration, which prolongs the distillation time.
(2) In the continuous distillation system of a tube furnace, if the tar contains a lot of water, it will significantly increase the system pressure, increase resistance, and disrupt the operating system. At this point, it is necessary to reduce the tar processing capacity, otherwise high pressure may cause pipeline equipment rupture and lead to fire;
(3) Corrosive media brought in by moisture can also cause corrosion of pipelines and equipment.
Common methods for centrifugal dehydration and slag removal of coal tar
(1) Preliminary static dehydration
The principle of the heating static method is that under heating conditions, tar and water naturally separate into layers due to their different densities, and some water is separated from the tar. This method can remove some moisture and impurities, making coal tar uniform.
Heat and let stand in the tar storage tank for dehydration, with the tar temperature maintained at 70-80 ℃, and let stand for more than 36 hours. If tar is dehydrated when heated to 90-95 ℃, it is beneficial to quickly separate the water in the emulsified part. However, when the temperature is too high, it can easily cause loss of light oil and evaporation of naphthalene. Static dehydration can initially remove moisture from tar to 2% to 3%. This method has been widely used, but its disadvantage is that the storage tank occupies a large amount of ground.
(2) Adopting Lishui Ruichen's new generation of horizontal screw centrifuge for dewatering and slag removal
The principle of the horizontal screw centrifugal dehydration and slag removal method is to use mechanical centrifugal force to destroy the emulsion of tar, thereby reducing the water content of coal tar. This operation can only remove the suspended water in the emulsified part of tar, and the combined water in tar cannot be removed. The difficulty of dehydration is related to the preheating temperature of tar, and the moisture content of tar after dehydration can reach 1%. Therefore, the Lishui Ruichen horizontal centrifugal dewatering machine has been widely used due to its high production energy, which can reach 20-30m3/h per hour. The motor power is converted into energy through dual frequency conversion, resulting in low energy consumption, energy conservation, and environmental protection. The equipment can operate 24 hours a day and occupies a small area (5-10 square meters).
