The design of the oil-water slag three-phase separation machine is mainly used for material solid-liquid three-phase separation. It is an advanced model developed based on more than ten years of practical experience in the separation field in our factory, ensuring uninterrupted and stable operation 24 hours a day. It mainly consists of a drive device, differential, screw, drum, hood, machine base, and control system. It is necessary to ensure that the solid and liquid are immiscible, and that the two liquids have different densities, with the solid density being greater than the liquid density. The major difference compared to a two-phase centrifuge is that it can separate two-phase liquids.

　　The oil-water separation system consists of a three-phase separator for kitchen wastewater oil-water residue and an auxiliary tank. The materials obtained from the wet decomposition of kitchen waste are all transported to the horizontal three-phase separator by a screw pump. The screw pump adopts variable frequency control, and a flow meter is installed at the outlet of the screw pump to ensure stable feeding of the horizontal three-phase separator. The horizontal three-phase separator separates materials into three parts: oil, water, and slag. The oil phase flows into the temporary storage tank and is transported to the oil storage tank through an oil pump as raw material for producing biodiesel - industrial crude oil.
