    Description :

Stainless steel quick connector is a fluid connection device that can quickly connect and disconnect pipelines without the need for tools. It mainly solves the problems of cumbersome disassembly and assembly of traditional threaded connections and the deterioration of sealing performance over time. This product is widely used in hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling systems, and chemical fluid transportation conditions. Through the internal steel ball locking structure and external sleeve sliding fit, it achieves quick insertion and removal under one handed operation. Its core advantage lies in significantly reducing equipment maintenance downtime while maintaining stable sealing performance, making it suitable for installation environments that require frequent disassembly or narrow spaces. It is an indispensable basic connecting component in modern industrial pipeline systems.

The main material of this series of products is strictly selected from national standard 304 or 316 stainless steel, which has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and can adapt to the working temperature range of -20 ℃ to 200 ℃. The manufacturing process adopts precision CNC machining to ensure smooth and burr free inner walls of the joint, reducing fluid resistance and pressure loss. Seals are usually paired with nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluororubber (FKM) O-rings, selected based on the characteristics of the medium to ensure no leakage under high-pressure impact. The product complies with ISO7241-1B or A series international standard dimensions, has strong interchangeability, and the pressure range is usually between 1.5MPa and 35MPa, depending on the diameter and structural design. It undergoes strict airtightness and burst testing to ensure batch quality stability.

When selecting, it is necessary to clearly distinguish the application scenarios of 304 and 316 materials: 304 stainless steel quick connectors are suitable for general water, oil, air, and weakly corrosive media, with high cost-effectiveness; 316 material is specifically designed for highly corrosive environments such as seawater, steam, strong acids and alkalis. Although it has a higher cost, it has a longer lifespan. In addition, the interface type should be determined based on the outer diameter of the pipeline or thread specifications (such as G thread, NPT thread, BSP thread), and attention should be paid to the matching of male and female heads. If used in high vibration environments, it is recommended to choose models with safety locks to prevent accidental disengagement. For high-temperature steam conditions, it is necessary to confirm the temperature resistance level of the sealing ring to avoid the risk of leakage caused by aging and failure of conventional rubber parts.

Before installation, it is necessary to check whether there are impurities or damaged sealing rings inside the joint, ensure that the socket is clean, and hear a clear "click" locking sound when inserting, and gently pull in the opposite direction to confirm that the locking is firm. In daily maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check whether the outer cylinder slides smoothly. If there is any jamming, a small amount of silicone grease can be applied for lubrication. It is strictly prohibited to use lubricating oil containing petroleum to prevent corrosion of rubber seals. Common faults are often caused by leakage due to wear and tear of the sealing ring. In this case, only the O-ring of the same specification needs to be replaced to restore performance, and there is no need to replace the joint as a whole. When idle for a long time, the male and female heads should be stored separately and covered with dust caps to prevent dust from entering and affecting the sealing and smoothness of the next insertion and extraction, thus extending the service life of the stainless steel quick connector.
