    Description :

Signal amplification board is a core electronic component used in industrial automation control systems, mainly to solve the problems of attenuation, distortion, and interference of weak sensor signals during long-distance transmission. It can linearly amplify millivolt level voltage or microampere level current signals into standard industrial signals, such as 4-20mA or 0-10V, ensuring the accuracy of data acquisition by control systems such as PLC and DCS. This device is typically used in the conditioning of analog signals such as temperature, pressure, and liquid level, and is suitable for industrial field conditions with complex electromagnetic environments and high requirements for signal stability. It is a key bridge connecting front-end sensing equipment and back-end control units.

In terms of specifications and processes, signal amplification boards are usually designed with high-density PCBs and have a wide power input range. They are commonly supplied with DC 24V or AC/DC universal power to adapt to different cabinet power conditions. The shell is mostly made of flame-retardant ABS material or rail mounted metal shielding shell, which meets the IP20 protection level and ensures stable operation in electrical cabinets with high dust. The internal circuit integrates high-precision operational amplifiers and isolation transformers to achieve three terminal isolation of input, output, and power supply. The withstand voltage strength can usually reach 2500VAC or above. Following the JB/T series instrument specifications and rigorous aging testing and temperature drift calibration, we ensure that the linearity error is controlled within 0.1% FS across the entire temperature range, meeting the stringent requirements of industrial metrology.

When selecting, it is necessary to clarify the input signal type and output load requirements, and distinguish the differences between voltage type and current type signal amplification boards. If the front end is a thermocouple or thermistor, a dedicated model with cold end compensation or specific division number matching should be selected; If it is a regular transmitter output, a universal isolation amplifier should be selected. Pay attention to matching impedance, and confirm the load resistance capability for current type output to avoid signal clipping caused by insufficient driving. For situations with strong frequency conversion interference, it is recommended to prioritize models with high-frequency filtering function and higher isolation voltage, rather than ordinary direct connected amplification circuits, to eliminate data jumps caused by common mode interference and ensure the reliability of long-term system operation.

When installing the signal amplification board, it is recommended to use a standard 35mm DIN rail for fixation, maintain vertical installation for heat dissipation, and leave enough space around for wiring and maintenance. When wiring, it is necessary to strictly distinguish between signal lines and power lines, use shielded twisted pair cables and single ended grounding to prevent noise from being introduced by ground loop currents. During daily maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the tightness of the terminals to prevent poor contact caused by vibration. If abnormal output signals are found, first check whether the power supply voltage is stable, then measure whether the input signal is normal, and finally determine whether the module itself is damaged through replacement method. Avoid plugging or unplugging signal lines while they are live to prevent damage to internal precision components caused by transient surges.
