2. Spring tube (pressure sensing element): 316L (0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti) is standard, and strong acid media can be selected from Monel, Hastelloy, and titanium materials

3. Joint: 304/316L stainless steel integrated forging, seamless argon arc welding, no leakage; Non standard threads and quick connectors can be customized

4. Movement: 304 stainless steel gears, rust resistant and wear-resistant; The glass is made of safety tempered glass and is impact resistant

5. Seismic resistant filling fluid: glycerin for room temperature (above -20 ℃), silicone oil for low-temperature locomotives/outdoor use (-40 ℃~+70 ℃)

1. Dial specifications (nominal diameter)

There are three installation forms: radial (straight out joint), axial, and axial with edge (ZT panel installation) for locomotive air sources, with options of Φ 60, Φ 100, and Φ 150.

2. Accuracy level

• Φ 60: Grade 1.6, Grade 2.5

• Φ 100/Φ 150: 1.0 level, 1.6 level (commonly used), can be customized to 0.5 level (specialized for high-precision air source for locomotives)

3. Measurement range (covering the requirement of gas source 0~1000kPa)

Positive pressure: 0~0.1MPa (100kPa)~0~100MPa; Negative pressure: -0.1MPa vacuum~positive pressure 2.4MPa composite range

Conventional: 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, 0.4, 0.6, 1.0 (1000kPa), 1.6, 2.5MPa; 0~1000kPa (1MPa) is the commonly used range for the air source of electric locomotives, and 200 units can be customized in stock/batch.

4. Connecting thread (standard+customized)

Standard: M20 × 1.5 (100/150 meter), M14 × 1.5 (60 meter) G1/2、G1/4、NPT1/4、NPT1/2； Customized molds for non-standard fine teeth, quick connectors, and hose joints of locomotives as needed.

5. Environmental conditions

Working temperature: -40 ℃~+70 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 90%; Shock resistant model with vibration resistance ≤ 25Hz, protection level IP65/IP67, dustproof, waterproof and condensation resistant, suitable for locomotive bumps and cabinet condensation environments.
