Description :

1. Side mounted (conventional popular UHZ-50/C)

The upper and lower flanges on the side wall of the tank are connected for easy installation and maintenance. It is universal for storage tanks, water tanks, and reaction vessels, with a range of 300-12000mm.

2. Top mounted (UHZ-D)

The top flange of the container is vertically inserted, suitable for underground storage tanks, sealed tanks, and equipment that cannot be perforated on the side wall (oil tanks, underground tanks).

3. Anti corrosion lining type (UHZ-F)

The 304/316 cylinder is lined with PTFE PTFE/PP polypropylene, specifically designed for strong acid and alkali, hydrochloric acid, wastewater, and chemical corrosive media.

4. Jacket insulation type

The cylinder is equipped with a jacket for steam/cold water, which is used for anti freezing and anti solidification of easily crystallized and viscous media (asphalt, resin, paraffin).

5. Explosion proof remote transmission/switch type

Remote transmission type (equipped with liquid level transmitter): synchronous output of 4~20mA/RS485 Modbus, remote collection of liquid level by central control DCS;

• Liquid level switch type: upper and lower limit dry spring switch, high and low liquid level interlock solenoid valve, pump start stop, sound and light alarm; Explosion proof Exd Ⅱ BT6 is used in flammable and explosive chemical plant areas.
