1. Prefabricated PT100 (WZP series, thick protective sleeve)

WZP-130: No fixed device, insertable free installation, sleeve made of stainless steel with a diameter of 16

WZP-230: Thread fixed M20 × 1.5, pipe thread installation (most commonly used)

WZP-330: movable flange, adjustable insertion depth

WZP-430: Installation of fixed flanges, pressure vessels, and large pipeline flanges

WZP-240: Explosion proof Exd Ⅱ BT4/CT6, specially designed for flammable and explosive chemical sites

Temperature measurement: -200~450 ℃, IP65 protection

2. Armored PT100 (WZPK series, bendable thin rod) [Tiankang explosive]

Model WZPK-191/291/391, armored rod with a diameter of 6mm, stainless steel 316L sleeve, magnesium oxide insulation;

Flexible, suitable for installation in narrow spaces, excellent seismic resistance, with a minimum probe length of 30mm and a long wire output line;

Temperature measurement -200~500 ℃, response time<5s, divided into straight rod, lead type, and aviation plug type.

3. Anti corrosion PT100 (WZPF series)

The overall F46 polytetrafluoroethylene sintering coating is resistant to strong acids and alkalis (hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, chlor alkali media), with a sleeve diameter of 16 and a range of -200~250 ℃. It is specifically designed for chemical anti-corrosion.

4. Patch/End face PT100 (WZP-270)

Flat probe, closely attached to the motor casing and outer wall of the pipeline for temperature measurement, φ5/φ6， Range -50~200 ℃, three wire/four wire output.

5. Integrated transmission PT100 (SBWZ-PT100)

The probe is equipped with a built-in 4-20mA transmission module, which directly outputs standard current signals. It is powered by 24VDC and can be read directly by PLC. The range can be adjusted on site, and an intelligent version with HART protocol can be selected.
